I'm Seth Marinaccio, the CEO of Aditus Solutions Group, LLC. I am a 26-year military veteran, the majority of that time spent as a United States Air Force Combat Controller. I served in multiple theaters of operation during the Global War On Terror. It was during this time that I honed my skills in leadership, discipline, and high-stress decision-making, which has carried over to my leadership role at Aditus Solutions Group. With my background and experience, I understand the importance of strategic planning, quick adaptation, and effective communication in the security and investigative industry.I am proud to lead a team of highly skilled professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and expertise to our services.

We primarily recruit from three candidate pools: Military Veterans, former Law Enforcement - particularly tactical or specialized investigative units, and High Threat Protective Specialists. Our focus on recruiting from these three candidate pools allows us to provide our clients with a level of security and investigative services that is unmatched in the industry. Military Veterans bring a strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership skills, as well as experience in high-stress environments. Former Law Enforcement officers bring a deep understanding of law and regulations, as well as experience in threat assessment and emergency response. High Threat Protective Specialists usually have prior Military or Law Enforcement experience, often both, and bring expertise in protective services, risk management, and emergency response, as well as working in complex environments.

Executive Protection/Security Specialist

Job Overview:

The Executive Protection, Security Specialist is responsible for providing protective services to high-profile clients, including executives, celebrities, and other individuals who may be at risk of harm. The Specialist will work as part of a team to provide security planning, risk assessments, protective details, and emergency response services.

Location:

Florida - with extensive travel

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts advanced reconnaissance and site assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Develops and implements security plans and procedures to mitigate identified risks.

Provides close protection to high-profile clients and maintains situational awareness at all times.

Conducts advance work in preparation for travel and ensures that all necessary security measures are in place.

Maintains proficiency in the use of firearms, defensive tactics, and emergency medical response.

Maintains a high level of physical fitness and readiness to respond to emergencies.

Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.

Completion of a recognized protective services training program.

Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Proficiency in the use of firearms, defensive tactics, and emergency medical response.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Willingness to work in high-risk environments and to travel extensively.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to security and protective services.

Prior military or law enforcement experience is highly desired.

Private Investigator

Job Overview:

The Private Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations into a wide range of cases, including domestic, criminal defense and civil cases, workplace investigations, and insurance fraud investigations. The Private Investigator will have training and experience in protective services, risk management, and emergency response, and will use this expertise to conduct investigations safely and effectively.

Location:

Florida - with extensive travel

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts investigations into criminal and civil cases, workplace investigations, insurance fraud investigations, surveillance, claims investigations, and Special Investigation Unit (SIU) type work.

Conducts surveillance operations, including collecting and analyzing evidence, and preparing detailed reports of findings.

Conducts advance work in preparation for investigations and ensures that all necessary security measures are in place.

Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Conducts claims investigations and interviews claimants, witnesses, and others involved in claims.

Conducts SIU type work to identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.

Presents investigation findings to clients or relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in private investigation or a related field.

Account Manager

Job Overview:

Aditus Solutions Group, a leading Security Consultancy, and Private Investigations provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities by researching and understanding the client's industry and needs.

Generate new leads and prospects through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.

Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to promote our services.

Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.

Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the engagement process.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office/Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies, and ensure timely repair and replacement.

Monitor and manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Investigative Analyst/Desktop Investigator/Researcher, also known as an Online or Cyber Investigator, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online investigations, gathering information, and producing high-quality investigative and intelligence reports to internal staff and external clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis of data to support investigations.

Collect and analyze information from various sources, such as databases, social media, and public records.

Conduct interviews with witnesses, suspects, and other relevant individuals.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings to clients.

Collaborate with other investigators, law enforcement agencies, and attorneys to exchange information and coordinate investigations.

Write clear, concise, and comprehensive investigative reports for clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and investigations.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Conduct background checks on individuals or companies using online resources and tools.

Investigate online scams, fraud, or cyber crimes.

Collect evidence for legal cases or disputes.

Collaborate with other investigators and stakeholders as needed.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing raw surveillance footage and producing high-quality video and photographic evidence for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Edit raw surveillance footage to create high-quality video evidence.

Conduct video and photographic analysis to identify relevant information.

Produce detailed reports and presentations of findings to clients.

Work collaboratively with investigators to ensure that all evidence is accurate and relevant.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all video evidence and findings.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques in video editing and analysis.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing, production, or analysis

Proficiency in video editing software, such as IVE, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
